Justin Aufderhar is an associate at Kingsley & Kingsley. His practice focuses on employment class actions, in state and federal court, involving wage and hour and Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") claims.
Mr. Aufderhar graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in economics from Texas A&M University (College Station) in 2012 and received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2016. He previously served as a law clerk for Judge Patrick L. Michot in the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana.
